We do use our experience in hardware components, to support the hardware design. We carry out POCs for the components to ensure the design clarity. This helps in reducing the hardware design cycles.
We always take part in defining the requirements to the last level. This ensures that all implicit requirements are also covered.

Temperature Controller

Multi-channel temperature controller, supports up to 24 channels

MODBUS protocol for configuration and sharing temperature and current status

Power Trolley Controller

The Power Assisted Unit (PAU) is the complete unit consisting of a mechanical trolley, motor operated pulling device, hub motor, motor drives & controller.
PAU provides assistance to the user to pull or push a heavy trolley connected to PAU. Two types of PAUs are proposed to support two different loads.
A DC powered motor provides a drive to the connected trolly. In case of higher capacity two motors are used.
PAU senses the direction of push to handle in which the user wants to move the trolley.
The motor force is proportional to the force applied on the handle.
The controller activates only when both the safety levers are pulled. The motor stops once the safety level is released. To resist the inertia the motor drive applies the break.
